Emma is an Expert Witness in Neurological Physiotherapy and has undertaken a Bond Solon course in addition to MLACP training and membership.

 

Emma continues to be actively treating a large number of a variety of clients ensuring reports procured are up to date with current treatment techniques, evidence based and equipment recommended is also relevant.

 

Our specialist area of report writing is that of adult and paediatric neurological rehabilitation.

 

We can also provide immediate needs reports for Case managers.

 

Every report is Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35 and Practice Direction 35 compliant.

 

An expert report can provide joint, claimant and defence instructed Medico-Legal information and will give an opinion regarding:

• Potential for improvement with appropriate levels of rehabilitation
